This year Derek and I decided to spend Christmas in Pinetop. We truly had the best Christmas season ever with all the fun we had in Mesa added with all the fun we had in Pinetop.
We made sure to have plenty of "good" food to eat. Here my mom is licking to spoon from the awesome peanut brittle we made. It looked and tasted absolutely perfect and was so fun to make.
Grandmother is enjoying some of my mom's excellent toffee with her special ingredient.
We kept up our tradition and enjoyed Christmas eve with the Shumway family. Some great gifts were exchanged and we had a blast spending time together.
Then came Christmas morning and all of its anticipation. Here Grandmother takes a peak into one of her gifts.
