Trip to Denver!

Hooray! Time for a trip! Derek, my mom and I headed to Denver Colorado to visit my sister and brother-in-law. Here we are in Santa Fe.

One of our destinations was the Red Rock Ampitheater. It was incredible!

Also, I have a new haircut.

My favorite thing we did was visit the Butterfly Pavilion. Where we were educated on the wonderful world of pollination, among other things.

Exhibit A: Assasin bug, bites your lips when you sleep to suck your blood...seriously.

Exhibit B: my size moth. aka'd as the Atlas Moth - largest moth in the world. He is on a huge palm front and is the size of my head.

Here is another incredible butterfly. The butterfly pictures were taken in the "butterfly room" where you simply walked around, looked at amazing flowers and plants, took pictures of the 2,200 butterflies that fluttered around and got all sweaty from the humid environment.

Queen Bees

Kelly vs. gigantic spider

Kacie vs. gigantic spider, she prefers Rosie

Crazy bug, don't remember his prefered title.

The mile high city, at the capitol building.

Riding around on the tracks.

Rockn' and Jamin' adventures. Cutest spider I saw the whole trip.

Left to right: Kendra, Kacie, Kelly

We loved hangin' out in Colorado!
