Once again Flagstaff enjoyed another fabulous Route 66 Day.
Flagstaff blocks off much of our dandy downtown, lines it with fabulous cars, and opens it for free for the public.
It has something for everyone:
maybe you love to surf,
or have a need for speed,
maybe you are young,
or old,
or really old,

maybe your car is like a person to you,
or you love mustangs,
or race porsches,
or speed racer is your idol,
or you have friends with no legs,
Route 66 Day is guarenteed to have a car you'll love

maybe your car is like a person to you,

AND
it also has kettle corn.

I am so jealous! We have been missing out on a ton of stuff in Flag because of Ben's class. And we are going to miss the famous bed races downtown this weekend. You guys should check it out if you are in town. Teams of like 5 (4 pushing, 1 riding) race an old hospital bed down a downtown street to raise money for toys for tots. Anyway, it's fun, and I wish we were around more since we won't be here around this time next year :(
That looks like a great time! Thanks for calling us and thinking of us! Maybe we'll see you on the 27th.
