Owning a house sure keeps us busy. There are endless projects to get done. Luckily we have Cooper, who is a fabulous helper. 
One of February's projects was reupholstering the dining room chairs. The house came with a great dining room table and buffet table but the fabric was rather 80's.
A trip to SAS fabric, $14 and some staples later, our chairs were much more suitable. 
Derek also got our entire bedroom painted all by himself!
